EVE IPH Industry Calculator Version 3.3 - Now with Live Market data!

New build up to hopefully fix the issues mentioned above. Same issue as before but I missed something that wasn't very obvious.

My apologies, Zifrian, I did a fresh install and my numbers are all adding up correctly now ...

I think it was somewhere in the update material between teams and post-teams ... as my api key is dated 3.0 instead of this 3.1

(the old api key still works fine though, I didnt need to create a new one)

Yeah, so this is due to the Cirus changes and rounding, which I thought I had taken care of.

Basically I need to do a bit of re-writing to get this to work better. So not sure how long it will take. Sorry about that.

It pops up after the last update at the start of the program. How to fix?

It seems to go away if you restart but I changed some things that I thought would get rid of this for good...apparently not. Can you send me the EVEIPH.log file? I'm trying to figure this out now.

Edit: I put up a new version that will output some more useful information for me in the error log to figure this out. If anyone gets the database file is locked error, send me the contents of the log file please!

I know it has been asked multiple times already, but.... how's your thinking about the resizable window argument? Could it be possible to have a "shrinked" version @1440p for those moltitudes working with IPH on a wqhd monitor in portrait mode? Now it's just a tiny bit too wide to fit in P

Eh...I dunno, that'll be tough. I'm looking on making it bigger but a smaller width version might be difficult. The reason I moved from the smaller version to make room for some things but also to get it to a 4:3 ratio. The resizing is still on my list but lots to do before then. When I get there I'll see what I can and can't do.

I had an issue whereby what I would download was not, what appeared to be, the Mosaic version.

Upon launching IPH it would say that there's an update available. It would then click 'Yes' to update it but then my Norton AV blocked the download and removed my IPH files. This happened 3 times.

Now I knew the only real thing that needed updating was the blueprint mineral compositions so I just downloaded the "EVEIPH DB.s3db" and switched that with the one that came with IPH and it worked - as in it correctly shows the new Zyd and Mega amounts.

...IPH still asks me to update it upon launch but I just click 'No' and it works. Great tool.

Norton has always had issues with IPH. Try adding EVEIPH Updater.exe and EVE Isk per Hour.exe to the ignore list for Norton and that should clear up your updater issues. If you want to turn off the notifications, you can disable the update on startup option in settings, but you obviously won't get updates to the program.

Hi love the Program long time user.. today i noticed that my material requirements are off example given eve says i need 11080 of tungsten carbide but iph says 10920.. -_-

I have some questions:

1: How do I add items to favourites.

2: Is it possible to set up the app so that I pull the prices from Amarr to build components, but use the Jita sell price for selling (or indeed the other way around).

3: I set up a number of jobs to make advanced components, the app is set up to the correct system and a POS and yet I had raw materials left over, what could this be from (obviously to amounts shown are slightly inaccurate)

4: when looking at the pricing of what materials cost, does that include the price it costs to set the job up in a POS for all the various components?

Without a screenshot or explainanion of the item and issue, I can't see if there is a problem to fix. I would suggest making sure your facilities are set correctly first though.

1- the option is set in the bp management section
2- you just need to separate the items when you download the prices by materials the switch the system for the items; you don't need to download all prices from the same location.
3- send me some screenshots of what you are having issues with and I'll double check
4- I don't understand the question maybe but it includes all prices for the items but not the cost of running a pos. Setting up the job will have a usage cost however.

ahh cool, yes i had that checked, thanks

last one as I am actually using the program now. I have set up my favourites (thanks for that) and I have run calculate so it shows me various columns like profy, isk per hour etc, however I cannot seem to sort by column, at least not by clicking on the column header) is this not possible?

Sorting options are on the right. Sort by "IPH, Profit, Profit %, SVR, SVR + IPH" so no, you cannot sort by columns.

Yeah, I built (stole code) the logic for sorting because I didn't want to pay for a third party grid object and this is a limitation. It's just too slow to sort past 20 or so records, so I disabled it here and on the bp management.
