Hi, can someone please explain the price comparison options(manufacture list tab): build/buy; raw materials; components. I assume this is about how much costs to build with bought components or build the components for the final item...

It's the same options as on the blueprint tab. Build/Buy is a mix of the cheapest between buying the component or building it. Raw materials is just building all the items yourself and components is if you bought all components on the market and just built the item.

Hope that clears it up.

Hi OP, I normally run EvE on my desktop Mac at home, but I just got EVE IPH going on my Windows laptop to give it a try. First of all, can I just give my compliments on what a great program this is. Nice work - and I really appreciate that it's all nicely packaged with an install program - very professional. I will send you a cut of any initial profits (it won't be that much since I'm not an ISK (or RL) billionaire yet but whatever) I make once I get some production going this summer.

Maybe this is a dumb question but I do see some contradictions between the IPH program's blueprint materials amounts and what I see in the EvE client. For example, for a particular Tech II Rig - I can get the details tonight - I have in my hangar a BPC for it (via an old archaeology site hacking or similar). This BPC in the EvE client states that one of the ingredients is 3 armor plates. But in EVE IPH when I pull up the same rig blueprint, the required quantity of armor plates shown is 5 rather than 3. Why might this be?

I'd have to see the bp to be sure, but if you found it in a data site, then the bpc is me 0. Through invention, you can't get ME 0 without using decryptors. Check the ME/PE data of the bp you have and in the program. You can also ignore invention costs as well to figure out the price of just building the item if you found the bpc and did not invent it.

After patch Blueprints no longer show up in the blueprints tab when selected. I have updated prices ect and all that but the fields on the blueprints tabs are just not getting updated.

In further investigation, I think that's exactly what's going on. Without the decryptors impact the material cost is much higher. I have a lot to learn. Thanks!

I did find a bug that would cause this to happen if you select a different bp category but I fixed that last night. Let me know if you are still having issues.

Is there a way to put if i wanna buy Mats/Components on Jita, and sell the item on another Major Hub?.

I tried everything, but it seems it always take the same HUB for both Buying Mats/Comp and Selling the final T2 Product.

Right after i downloaded the update it was working fine. After i closed the program and reopened it. The issue started again. Nothing being filled on the blueprint screen.

You can select and download the mineral prices from jita, then select the T2 product you want and select a new system/region and update those prices. That should get you want you want.

I'm not sure what's happening. Can you send me some more details in a mail? Also a screen shot would help a lot. I'm not seeing any issues from here.

I am having the same problem . When I select owned BP, nothing will populate, however if I select all BP, then sometimes it will populate. I tried loading a saved backup copy of BP didn't't help.

Suggestion:
I believe many industrialists use hauling services of freighter pilots. It can be a good addition to be able to include our hauling expenses to the shopping lists we make.

Roger that. Someone else suggested it in this thread and I wrote it down but didn't reply. Not sure if it was you. In any case, I'll add a "Additional Costs" box to the shopping list at some point. I keep running into RL stuff stopping me from dev time.

I've been experiencing a bug in the blueprints tab where the "Select Decryptor:" pull-down (in the Invention section) does not display the correct set of decryptors. Currently, no matter which BP I'm looking at, I can only choose between the different flavors of esoteric decryptors.

Before the latest update, I could simply choose a different bp that required the same decryptor, and the box would usually fix itself. Now nothing seems to work.

Is there any other known workaround?

Edit: This only appears to happen when selecting bp's from the manufacturing list tab. When selecting from the "Select Blueprint" drop down in the Blueprints tab, the decryptor box populates properly.

I can't seem to reproduce this. Can you provide a screenshot? Either that or some details on the item you are seeing this on.

I have a piece of issue I can't seem able to solve no matter what I try.

I do have my industrial character API imported updated yadaya but I can't access to "owned blueprints" or simply calculate chances of invention success (related probably)

I'm missing something for sure but can't put my finger on it. Once Api validated and info imported how can I import owned blueprints etc?

PS: notice those are in dedicated small containers just for info.

Can I get a workaround or advice for this?

Edit: example of this stuff is I just updated APi once again then go to blueprint management, check "owned" and the window is simply empty -_-'

The heck? Lol

Will it open at all or does this block it? I think this randomly comes up and I can't seem to fix it but doesn't always happen. If you can evemail me the EVEIPH.log file contents, that'll help.

Did you import them? I don't run the API at startup for blueprints or assets because the refresh timer is 6 hours. I guess I might have to add an option for that since a lot of people expect it to be automatically loaded. But hit the import blueprints button and it should load them all up. You won't get ME/PE data though since that's not in the API.

Looks like I've run into a bug. Details as follows....

Version: 2.2.4928.26840

Go to Manufacturing list - Calculate IPH for all subsystems I can Reverse Engineer using Wrecked and Malfunctioning Relics

Double click "Loki Defensive - Adaptive Augmenter" with Input of Malfunctioning. This goes to the Blueprints tab with this BP selected.

Change Relic from Malfunctioning to Wrecked

Get the following error and program crashes. Note this seems to be repeatable with any blueprint I click in the Manufacturing list, when I then change the Relic in the Blueprints tab I hit this error.
