That's correct, I had the wrong number.

Greetings,

I am trying to use IPH to determine where to break into the market for T2 invention. Now it appears that in the manufacturing page it takes into account the cost of invention ... however I can't seem to find the relevant information on the blueprint screen.

I was really hoping in my shopping list it would show the datacores required.

The invention costs are included in the tabbed area below the pricing information on the bp tab. Double click the item in the manufacturing tab to open the item in the bp tab. The amount there is for the cost of each run entered, not the total runs of the BPCs invented.

For invention mats in the shopping list, make sure it is selected in the program settings. I believe the default is off.

The setting was on but I figured I'd test toggling it.

With the setting unchecked (Should NOT be included)

Oh, I see. Yeah, that's the copy to clipboard on the BP tab. That's not enabled yet. If you use the shopping list, and hit copy there, it'll work.

I'll see if I can get that put in there for the BP tab this weekend.

Yes you are right, It doesn't really matter if they are in the BP tab or not. Just that I can find them. Thanks so much.

Also thank you for making it open source. As a fellow open source developer I appreciate it (and maybe I'll find time to fix a thing or too myself).

Hello,

I'm running into something where IPH seems to be rejecting ME and PE values. I was figuring the numbers on a Megathron BPC with ME 100 PE 22, but the interface tells me invalid ME value when I try to put in the ME 100. I can put in ME 79 but not ME 80 - that seems to be the stopping point. Is that the theoretical max and the BPC maker just did some unnecessary work?

Using IPH 2.2.4725.13019

thanks for a great tool!

Trying out all the things to do here in Eve - it's quite a checklist. So I made a blog Jakob's Eve Checklist

Why would you use Eve Market Data for the SVR data request? Now IPH crashes when I try to use SVR as a part of my manufacturing decisions given that EMD is ALWAYS down. To my knowledge, that site hasn't been up in the last THREE MONTHS.

EMD does seem to be down. Iph will use historical data until comes back up. You can disable the update in settings if you don't like the notification message (or is the program crashing?).

I use EMD because until now, it has been very reliable and the API is vey easy to work with. Unlike eve marketeer, which was constantly down or inconsistent data.

Eve central doesn't return volume information needed to do svr calcs so EMD really the only option right now. If you have another option, I'd be interested in hearing about it.

Edit: EMD back up.

Can you tell me what form this on? Is it blueprint management? Right now I'm not having an issue. I can set the ME pretty high and I think the limit is like 5 digits. I don't limit ME levels.

Like to have more information if possible. Thanks

Hey there. I had this program recommended to me, but I'm having trouble getting it up and running. The first time I installed it, it would show the splash screen for a moment and then crash. I figured I had a bad install so I uninstalled, redownloaded from the link here in the thread.

But now I can't get it to install at all. It gets to a status of 'copying new files' and then a pop up message telling me
Quote:

The cabinet file 'disk1.cab' required for this installation is
corrupt and cannot be used. This could indicate a
network error, an error reading from the CD-ROM, or a
problem with the package.

I've verified connectivity to the internet (as I'm posting this as well \o/) and double checked my fire wall, which does not appear to be blocking any communication attempt. I'd appreciate any assistance anyone might offer.

edit:

Apparently 3rd time is the charm. It appears to be up and running now, but I imagine it will take me some time to figure out

Firstly thanks for an awsome app...

I think I am getting muddled with the API though, I have both personal and corp API's loaded and have tried default on both but only the "Personal" inventions button shows available in the Invention Success monitor. Any thoughts.

PS: ISK thank-you sent.

Ok good. Might just be a flakey thing with sourceforge, which happens from time to time.

The corp keys have some issues that I'm working on but they way they work is going to make it complicated. Make sure the key you have entered has the same character as the one selected. If its different, it won't show corp jobs. I'm trying to get it working more easily but not ready to update yet.

Just installed IPH on Windows XP and I get this popup when I launch it:

Quote:
The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Click OK to terminate the application.

My guess is you use the .NET framework which I refuse to install. RIght? Right.

It should prompt you for the right .Net version but I have heard of people having issues with this.

I use .Net 4.0

Ahh It might well be that all my invention is done in a POS. I just checked another toon and one job appeared in the invention monitor as a personal, done in a station.

It is only a very minor issue anyway as the rest of the app is working a treat for me.

Does IPH rank the blueprints that you own by profitability, i.e. inform you which of the blueprints that you own are the most profitable to manufacture at the moment? Or do I have to select the blueprints one at a time?

Ok, I'm getting two errors here, the first one is with removing items from the shopping list, if I remove an item with runs > 2 and it is a T1 rig, it always crashes. Seems to work pretty well though with T2 rigs. The error is the same as reported above,

Source: mscorlib
Message: Length cannot be less than zero.
Parameter name: length

Also whenever I want to add a T2 rig job to the queue, I'd like to ignore the RAM/invention part (I am only interested in buying the raw materials), if I check the Ignore Invention/RE box, it crashes with this error:

Source: System.Core
Message: Value cannot be null.
Parameter name: source

Steps to reproduce: select a T2 rig, ingore inventon/RE, add to shopping list.
Version: 2.2.4725.13019
