The Defenders of Order corporation is recruiting pilots of various skill sets. In all that we do, we seek to combat the darkness of New Eden.

Loyalty. Honor. Courage. These are the values that we as Defenders hold and have been defending since 2003. These are the tenets upon which we base our actions and decisions. They are our purpose; they are the reason for our way of life. They always have been, and they always will be. This is our declaration.

Over the last year, the Defenders decided that to better grow in both strength and knowledge, we needed to expand our experiences. So began a series of campaigns, including the Great Wildlands campaign, where we and our allies took on pirate alliances and turncoat corporations; and our null-sec campaign, where we immersed ourselves in the Northern War, fighting at the front lines of several-hundred man fleets beside Titans and super caps. After several campaigns we are now turning our gaze back to our roots, fighting pirates and working together as a team to fund those efforts through all of New Eden's profitable opportunities.

If you want to make a difference, are looking for a close-knit team, and are tired of fighting for nothing and being treated as just another fleet number, come join us. We extend our hand to you.

Requirements:

-Adults preferred. Many of us have kids and professional working lives. We do take in younger individuals if they show a good level of maturity. No emo drama is tolerated.
-3 million SP minimum; we will train for PVP roles and include all in money making PVE initiatives.
A focus on PvP with an appreciation of the importance of PVE to fuel the pew;
A team-oriented attitude;
Understanding of the Defender Code and the basic tenets of anti-piracy;
Access to Mumble (a program like Vent/TS3 and just as easy to use);
Willingness for null sec opportunities as they arise.

I have played EVE for almost six years, and After 2 weeks with the order I can say I really feel like I have found a permanent home. The people I have met in this corp and the pub channel really seem to care, both about RL issues and in game issues. I feel like I have a voice and that I am making friends.

If you are looking for a quality over quantity community and are sick of the corp rat race then give Niffo a shout or join the recruitment channel. DoO might not be for everyone, but for someone who has more to think about then just eve, and wants to feel a sense of accomplishment with the limited amount of playtime at hand, it might just be a perfect fit.

Look DoO up, I am glad I did.
