Requesting improvement to People & Places - Contacts

I feel that the Contacts section within People & Places could benefit from two improvements to the UI:

  1. That, in addition to Name, there be optional and sortable columns for Alliance, Corporation, Tickers (for both), Standing, Online/Offline Status, Blocked Status, and any other attributes that may be useful.
  2. That the labels concept be enhanced or a new type of Smart Label or Filter feature be added to include contacts whose column values match 1 or more user-defined rules.
  3. That the All Contacts, Five Standing, Watch List and Blocked categories could be adequately served by replacing them with pre-defined Smart Labels or Filters.

The main motivation for this request is that I find the Contacts feature can be difficult to use when trying to group and categorise my growing list of contacts, particularly when it comes to organising war targets.
