Income by doing FW plexes

Hi all,

I'm looking for a way to earn ISK by having PvP at the same time. I'm in FW so I tried FW missions. Lvl4 missions pay quite well but I need a dedicated ship to do them - such as a bomber. But I want to use any chance for PvP while I'm on my way to the mission or back. It's not possible in a mission fitted bomber. I used an AS, they're quite tough after the boost. But lvl4's are a bit too hefty. Some missions work, some not. I'd need to pick my missions. This is annoying...imho. I don't want to travel from station to station only to get a suited mission. T3's would do the job fine I guess but I cannot afford to PvP in a T3 atm..

So I see two options left without going piracy, what I don't want to do atm:

Arrow FW lvl3 missions. Easy enough so I wouldn't need to pick my missions and I could do them in a PvP fitted ship.

Arrow FW plexes. Tags dropped by the rats are more or less valuable. At least the bigger rats. But is this comparable to lvl3 FW missions? Did anyone try to get a serious income by doing plexes? It sounds interesting since it offers a lot of PvP options. But I'm not sure if it pays well enough...

tbh i dont know many pilots that do fw missiosn for tags.

only way you are gonna get tags is when ithe mission is complete and your beacon vinishes from overview.

you are better off farmign anti faction missions in high sec.
where is my ability to link a sig properly CCP you munters!!

I used to farm FW plexes and missions for tags (and LPs and for fun ofc). The missions tend to have lots of annoying ewar. Best to get them done and over with imo.

Plexes are your best best I think, if you want to mix in some pvp with isk generation. Tags sell quite well and you get a ton of them. I would avoid the major unrestricted complexes as people like to bring their pimpy gank mobiles.

You'll still bump up against the problem of people not wanting to fight unless they are pretty sure they will win however, but you could get lucky. More fun than hi-sec mission running.
