You probably want the Character Bazaar forurm. Even the Science and Industry forum would be more appropriate than this as they occasionally like to fly freighters. We barely undock over here.

By and large freighter V is not particularly valued, freighter IV is useful, freighter V is a whole lot of skill points for not a whole lot of benefit.

But by and large I understand (though not being the slightest bit involved or interested in the character market) anywhere between 500 and 1000 isk per SP to be the usual ball park.
