EVE Online: Incarna 1.1 Issues

EVE Online: Incarna 1.1 has been deployed. This release features a number of fixes and improvements, including changes to the session change timer while docking, updates to the Macintosh client and customizable API keys. For full details of this release please check the patch notes.

When reporting issues, please specify which client you are using (Mac or PC). This thread is for reporting issues only; for general feedback please use the Incarna: 1.1 feedback thread here.

Known Issues

  • Cargo window is opening after using a jump gate.
  • Cargo icon next to the ship's wheel will open but not close the cargo hold. Workaround is to close the cargo hold using the cargo hold's window.
  • Right clicking on the fitting window will not produce a context menu.
  • Cargo holds are not receiving bonuses from the cargohold expanders.


Issues fixed in Client Update #2

  • Switching ships may offline modules if the ship is over CPU budget with an unskilled pilot. The lazy dock workers are being beaten for their failures.
  • Warping to missions using the right click in space menu is not working. Workaround is to relog in space using the ship you wish to do the mission with.
  • Ammo and charges are disappearing from offlined modules.

Including html in a new forum post and clicking preview will rightly error (not allow html!) but will also, rather harshly, delete your entire entry.

Personalized background is not applyed in the forums. All other parts of evegate have the personalized one.

A major cause of that issue has been fixed. There's a remaining issue having to do with modules that grant CPU/PG in some cases. The fix for that is awaiting deployment - should be live by end of week.

Is this right place to report forum bugs?

When CCP Glaka edited his first post in this thread, I saw "Edited by: CCP Glaka" header immediately, and I also saw his 2nd post telling first was edited, but first post showed old contents for some minutes after that before switching to show updated content.

It's applying for me, but scrolls off the page as you scroll down? Is that what you are seeing?

I've just replicated the preview bug. Start a post, wack < a href="something" > in there and hit preview. When you clear the error message, your post is gone.

Found the problem: you need to resave the options if you chosen the background before forums deployement.

BTW they don't scroll.

In Forum settings there is no option to hide signatures.

when unfitting weapons, ammo(in my case Beam Crystals from T2 Heavy Pulse Turrets) require unfitting first. is this just me or did I miss this in the patch notes...?


(must unload ammo before Unfitting Weapons realistic but kinda Annoying)

You guys really should reference the original thread from the old (and perfectly viable) forums. Having two threads open for people to provide feedback AND look for answers from their fellow pilots is a terrible way to manage damage control release issues.

Is there any update on when there'll be a fix for the current problem, where grouped weapons are always ungrouped when you switch ships at a POS SMA?

Hotkeys are still partially broken when you use more than one in a row and they involve the CTRL key without lifting and re-pressing the CTRL key.

Also CTRL-Click on overview still fails to target something if the Eve client doesn't already have windows OS focus.

This has only been broken since January 18th's hotkey revamp.

Steps to reproduce detailed here.

The funny thing is, I never had the issue until Client Update #2. Now I have it all the time on a couple of my characters. I'm tempted to remove the client update.

in my new treaht https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&t=6793&find=unread i changed the title after initial post. In post list the new title is correct but the browser title is the old one.

I will not get tired saying that after 6 + month of developing you are pretty ridiculous with this type of "bugs".

EDIT: after some f5 and ctrl + f5 the title is now correct...you remain ridiculous anyway Twisted
