My imagination or does the new client 'work'?

Ok, so running a Mac Pro with dual XEON's in it, so been reasonably happy with the client barring a few issues.

But, noticed things a lot smoother all of a sudden.

Less memory and CPU being used and higher FPS

So, time for a test.

Pulled my Macbook Air out and installed EVE latest client on it

Getting 30 fps in space on minimum GFx settings !

So, as a quick trial, switched settings to max. Still getting 18.

Not tried loading a station environment in it, but that's one helluva improvement somewhere.

Not just me I hope?

I'm going to try a full reinstall and hopefully this is on my end.
