Same for POS, need SOV or standing .
Anchor mining belt or gravimetric site.
War declare or fight like POCO or POS, is same.
Maximum five ship same corporation are get remote repair automatically when turn on.

HP, resist, and so on is for developer to chose.

Edit

Is no protect mining ship from scramble and web. It only delay destroy for make more fight and chance respond corporation friends. So, very good in low sec, null sec and worm hole but need fix war declaration for make good with high sec.

Already implemented, albeit not at belts.

Edit: for some non-sarcastic feedback: This sounds almost reasonable, if it were balanced properly. The anchorable module could be ganked itself, or a ganker could wait cloaked for whatever carebear to come get his ore. It could be the source of some fun pew pew.

I'm sure the already over saturated mineral market would appreciate passive 23/7 mining.

Not supported.

It isn't minerals that's over saturated, it's ISK that's inflated, get your facts right.

Mineral no make ISK. NPC only one give player ISK. No enough ISK sink.

Mining needs fixing, everyone loves botting, so automated mining is obviously the right answer. Duh!

+1

Properly balanced, this would be an interesting device. Especially if it doubled as a storage device for minerals. I don't want the deployed module actually MINING, but having it provide a fixed amount of RR for miners could be interesting....

The most important attribute... it needs to be a reasonable target that a small gang could disable/destroy and loot! Taking an extra 10-20 minutes to gank the hulk you caught at the device can create some interesting situations!

It would also have cap limit can have EWAR done to it and can maybe have some module upgrade.

Confirming, if you look back through his posts, there are a few times where he slipped up and wrote regular posts, and he didn't start doing it 'till the 1/25 anyways, the posts before that were normal.

There's also a noticeable difference between the baby talk that this poster has been using and the errors in sentence construction you would see if the issue was poor grasp of English or Google Translate, if you know what to look for.

Like this one. I don't know if right words or no.
