I keep falling and falling and then it gets dark....

I'm using latest Nvidia Drivers(285.62), I got limited edition GTX590 by Palit, and 24 gigs of ram, so I'm not sure whats happening with this, other than the UI, I can't get right click context menu to work either.....(nothing to click)
