Teton Con

Sounds kinda interesting, especially since I DO like to get outside every once in a while. Smile But I wanted to get other gamer's perspectives first. Worth it?

not really sure what to say about this one ! .... one normally goes on holiday as a break from the norm .....not to do exactly as one would do in thier normal day to day humdrum life .

or is it just me ?

Sounds like a ski resort attempting to drum up some summer business when there's no skiing available.

Quite ingenious in theory.

when I go on vacation, part of that vacation is to NOT be gaming. If I want to be gaming, I'll just take a day off work and sit at my computer all day.

I actually live about an hour or so from Jackson. Snow king is a ski area, but Jackson is just as happening in the summer as the winter.

June tends to be slightly slower than july/august, which is why I assume they are planning it for then, the rooms would be cheaper

Its an awesome time to go to the parks though, my family and I try and go every spring

From the Oxford Dictionary:

game

Pronunciation: /geɪm/

[mass noun] wild mammals or birds hunted for sport or food: they hunted game in Alaska

-

I think this is for people who [off season] can roam about and do outdoor activities.

I seriously doubt it would be 'our' definition, and from that imply it is a help group for people to sit around and discuss with one another why they are not getting laid.

i can see how that may be confusing, but it uses the term "stretegy gaming" and "board game" on the first page, the rest of the site is very clearly pen and paper stuff
