Just Like the title says looking for a good Tengu pilot with some PI skills abit of a all rounder type
something like 40m sp to 80m sp the budget can be abit more than 20b for the right one maybe.

Nice heavy missile skills
Scanning skills are a +
Mining skills are also fine
not to much in science if possible

Nearly perfect trained Tengu/Golem Pilot. There is no PI skills, but you can start train them right now, cause there is nothing to train for Tengu.
Also there are nearly perfect trained Trade Skills as a bonus.
We can discuss about price, there is no problem.
