Hello there,

i recently started to plan some low sec possing, what is required, whats to do in which order and so on.
Then i had to stop and rethink because of the restrictions in POS structure placement of reactor arrays.

Complex Reactor Array

All reactor arrays are restricted to sec status less than 0.4

And Moongoo is seeded in all 0.4 low sec systems but it is not possible to anchor moon harvesters.

So is there any historical or logical background?


In my opinion all sol sec systems should be equal and no difference between 0.4 and <=0.3.

I remember the fact of the change in star base charter consumption of low sec posses. I think it was during tyrannis release before you had to fuel posses in 0.4 with charters and then only high sec posses need them. Why not aplly this to pos structures.
