When viewing in planet mode, showing other character's networks should be enabled by default. And given resource depletion, it's important that their entire networks be shown from the start, not just command centers; especially in light of the fact that a command center need not be co-located with the rest of the operation. Currently, it's a simple thing to plop down your operation right on top of someone else's because there's no other command center in the area to be seen.
