A cache for Captain's Quarters files?

I have short loading times everywhere in EVE but when I go to Captain's Quarters. That further discourages me to use that already not very useful (as yet) function. I stay in the hangar. I think it might make sense to have an option in the Settings for storing station environment data on the local machine. The environments aren't so many and don't change.
