300% Return On Your LP Points

Hey Guys,

thought I'd share a little something i used to do back in my missioning days,

So pretty simple, low volume high return, passive income from your LP point,
every LP store offer you low tier 1% implants,
you can buy these for 375 LP & 375,000 ISK

Your average sale of one of the implants listed below is around 300-500% in JITA,
now obviously these don't fly of the shelves but the implants listed will sell.

lets do some maths.

if we get our selfs 120,000 LP (not a lot tbh) we can buy 320 implants, we divide this by the number of implants we have listed.

so we have 16 of each implant, lets take a low average of sales say maybe 3 per day on each implant. and we sell for 300% at around 1,125,000 profit,

thats 64,125,000 profit per day just selling 3 of each unit. (nothing stopping you selling all over EVE right ?)

so each week you can make yourself little under 500 mil profit per 120,000 LP points.

this is very passive as there is basically no competition and can be done with very little skill time invested in a couple of trade skills to allow you to use 19 market orders.

Using your LP and time in your formula:

It would take 100 days to get your 300%

Instead buy best implants you can.

Sell high isk implants for LP.

Buy other items on sell orders that are around the same price.

Relist at buy order amount for 8% more profit.

Rolls over every couple days or so.

Do more times and still be done with the entire process much sooner, but with a lot more work.

End up with a ton more isk.

Thier is a reason the smallest/cheapest items are the most profit by %.
They take the longest to roll over. So which item is better is truely dependent on play style.
Least effort v.s. Most reward.

Massive least effort: take the highest item posible sell right away use isk to invest in your mission running setup or just use your time to get back to your fast isk making missions.

Time is money.

sure i wrote passive for a reason, never once stated this was the best way to spend LP
point is for 120k LP points you can make just under 500 mil per week with very little effort.

the extra LP you make during the sell process could be used on High valued items as you mentions and together could work out best option

Personaly I just manufacture 100 faction modules and sell it for a wholesale buyer.
You don't get maximum profit, but don't have to waste your time for selling it, reducing prices if someone offers it cheaper, etc...
And I don't count myself as a big gamer. I make like 40-50k LP on average day of 3-4 hours play, and I play around 3 days per week...

Errr except most of these implants barely move and there's a lot of competition with ppl 0.01ISKing each other.
You're assuming your sell bid is the lowest when you say 3/day.
When you get out-bidded, it takes days to move even a few.
Making ~1.7mill (due to the 375k cost), once or twice on a few modules per day isn't going to get me wet.
Ammo has less return, but moves far far quicker.

I sell cheap implants, but there is never enough volume and I still end up with a lot of LP that I have to spend on lower value items.

Not sure why you'd want to post about it on the forums.

maybe he just wants their price to fall for his pvp alts.

although I don't get it why would anyone want to use 1 implants... when there are relatively cheap 3% ones. you'll barely notice that 1% anyway.

current LP store is a bad joke. i rather keep all LP ive gained during years till i get better payout.
