Contract Storage Service for Players & Members...

I'd like to offer the EVE community a collateral based storage service for their assets, using the contracts interface.
(Fee would be nice payable to: WNBanking Corporation)

Example: I am a company owner. I like to offer players and my members, a simple storage service using my companies hangers, that would allow me to create a collateral based contract that makes it possible for my corporation to rent my hanger space for a length of time. Any ideas by anyone about this idea? Do you think it would work?
