Antivirus detects patch from EVE Client as Trojan?

For me, the latest patch is 30mb (according to the popup inside the EVE client). When I go to download it Bullguard Antivirus pops up indicated the file was stoped because it was infected with a trojan.

Is what it says it is called.

The in client popup says this after a failed attempt.

I am thinking of shutting off my antivirus, and trying... but its odd to say the least. Especially since I have not had this issue before with EVE (and I have been using bullguard for 2 years now).
