[Just a Little] Mining Barges

Just noticed how really incapable the Mining Barge is.

It's not so much the limited Structure, Armor, or Shields; or even various other factors, like Drones, Resistances, Cargo, or Inertia and Maneuverability. No, it's the CPU, PG, and Fitting Slots. The Covetor, or the largest of the standard Mining Barges, is pathetic. It has the CPU, PG, and Fitting space of a T1 Frigate; and that, probably not for long.

Here's my suggestion, just to tune up the Covetor for example.

+1 Low Slot
+1 Mid Slot
+10 CPU
+5 PG

Nothing huge, just a little boost and extra fitting capability.

Optionally, it could probably use another +200 Shields, but like I said, all it really needs is a little boost.

Next step would of course be to apply similar schanges to the rest of the T1 lineup, and then carry them over to their T2 variants.

Tech III Mining Barges, Bulk Gas Extractors, and maybe even the ability to fit standard Mining Lasers would be nice.
