Background changing in a deadspace area

I'm in a drone deadspace combat pocket and the background color changes suddenly when I turn my view. It changes back and forth everytime I turn past a certain angle. I guess this should be in the bug fixes forum cause it's not a huge deal, but I don't know where such a forum would be.
