custom size resolution / fixed window does not work

I have quite a problem about custom size resolution .. aka 1920x1138 f.e. if i try to "change it to fixed" it will automatically resize it to full screen 1920x1200, which is quite painfull ..

Same on other screens ..

Anyone else experiencing it ?

Got fresh installed windows 7 x64 and fresh installed EVE client..

It is slight issue but somehow important to me.
