Moon mining and Moon haverster Teck I or Teck II

Hi everyone.

The CCP has create a lot of moons that we can do mining from, but there is one thing that i will like to ask CCP about, when will Moon Haverster II.

As i see it, it will not take that much to implemitate in Eve, there is a lot of Moons that already have (Minirals (2)), so the only thing that is need to do this, that the haverster come into play.

Is there any time line for this.
