DEO is a 15 year "old school pvp" group of players that began in UO 1997Pacific and 2000Oceania

DEO was dominant for 3 years On Oceania Server, No1 Faction war, Guild war, Pk open world, And thief Disguise Kit change name Guild infiltrator Assassin, and ran security in pvp areas for the RP guilds where none of them would be killed even tho a lot of red pkers were around "all TopPKS friendly to DEO"
DEO Built one of the first MMO Blocks with 3 other groups that dominated every server event scooping every one of a kind server rare between our Block, this made even the bears and traders take notice and knew of us even if they never pvped

DEO is now focused on Rebuilding the same status we once had on UO Oceania, in DUST514 "With a historic record showing we have done it once"

DEO has no plans to invade, take over or challenge the current Sov holding Blocks, Quiet the opposite we understand that TRUST and calling in the right favor at the right time can topple anyone and a strong Block can establish dominance for a long time if they can call in the right favors to maintain Dominance, being an equil part of that before in UO and understanding how it goes, we do not want to ruffle anyones feathers so we are focusing on a NEW SERVER DUST514, and will respect the dominance individuals have established in eve, all aspects not just sov but the trade manipulators, the trit trillionair godfathers and others will all be sought out to establish the building of a trusted mutually beneficial relationship with the objective of the leaders of the new block dominating all aspects of DUST514, PVP trade, sov control etc
DEO will back the ones who by their own actions show they have the skill and intelligence to pull it off with merit of Deeds speaking louder then words, others who just want to come along for the ride have to earn it with their deeds and actions and have to respect those who have once or are currently dominant on a server "calling parts or all their backyard"

DEO will be working to establish its dominance on DUST514 by working with the leaders of the main Blocks, and the major trade and industry backbones that have built up an empire of their own to assist their continued dominance expressed in DUST514

DEO will have both an EVE and DUST514 members

DEO's main focus will be Planetary Deployment of DUST514 mercs to take over or defend

DEO will have Titan and Super carrier Deployment of Mobile Command Centers MCC's, Planetary Bombers, MCC-Suiciders and Supporting PVP fleets

DEO will have Industry and trade in place to fully supply sustainable DUST514 Equipment, and will fund all Alliance DUST514 PVP to preforming FPS players "yes you can play DUST514 free once you buy it and if you join DEO i will keep you equipped if you preform...

DEO has opportunities in all aspects of EVE and DUST514, including leadership, command, Fcing, Unit commanding, MCC deployment, Planetary Bombardments, Planetary Ship defense "shooting DD's from the planet hitting ships in space like the recent E3 Video shows and confirms cross server shooting will be part of EVE DUST514 interaction"

Everyone who has Integrity is welcome, DEO dose not care about isk or 0's and 1's were a 15 year strong group becassue we have trust that goes well beyond anything in a game... that being said if your an honest person that just wants to have fun you will enjoy your self, if your hardcore and want to push your self to the top ranks of the server in your chosen aspect then DEO is at least a strong Allie to help you get there, and possibly your foot in the door of server politics and powergaming the dividing of the Pie :)

Speaking of Pie, DEO always got Pie in UO, the MMO Term "I Got Pie!, Did U get Pie?" originally means you got a share because you were top of the made men in the block that divided up the server Pie

I am out of the country for my fathers wedding for a few weeks
