Hot dropping Sansha super carrier in Incursions.

In a General Discussion thread, I halfway joked that once the Incursion reaches 0% influence and the Sansha HQ would spawn; the super carrier would randomly spawn at any of the Incursion sites and attack anyone in them. This would continue to happen non-stop until it is destroyed at its HQ site.

So how does something like that affect the entire concept of Incursions? One thing is it would be less ISK/LP going out due to a potential cap if the Incursion is farmed too much too fast. Possible conflicts between Incursion farming groups who don't like other groups doing them and such maybe?

Thoughts?
