Import/Export Neocom??

Please!? There has to be a way to export the neocom setup to a file and import it to another account/character. Can you please add this ability?

Setting up 8 accounts and multiple toons on each sucks enough once, but when you reset the settings because of some "upgrade" I don't want to have to keep doing it.

Honestly, all in-game settings should be importable/exportable (similar to the Overview, though I would prefer a better format than XML, which is a pain to work in; something like json would be far better). It's been said many times, but I'm still waiting for it to happen.
