High Sec, NPC corps, bots and wars

Hi everybody,

For a few months a year I play eve really often, and I get most my fun out of high sec wars. So yes my reasoning is biased, but imho not unfair. Now to the point;

In the last 2 years I got really annoyed by the following two thingsEvil;

1. NPC Corps & BOTS, it seems every player older than 3 months is a botter in there (and no matter how much reporting I do none of them get the boot, and yes Ive watched some of them endlessly for proof)
2. NPC Corp regulation, why is there a mechanism like the NPC corps that automaticly protects botters from being targeted (besides suicide ganks). I personally believe NPC corps are a great thing for newer players, because this protects them in a harsh world but this mechanism is being exploited at every turn. Botters are meant to raise ISK in an unfair way which unbalances the game (unless everybody does it.. and lately that seems the case!!! I cannot count the bots anymore...)

My solution(s) to this problem;Cool

1. Let us be able to declare war to NPC corps but all 'new' players wich have less than X gametime on the clock will be immune (for example they wont appear as wartargets and cannot be targeted as such, same goes the other way round)
2. Force older players to actually play eve and join a corp, instead of NPCEveoffline aka botting.
