Chat on the new NEOCOM are all screwed up now

whoever 'fixed' the NEOCOM did not think about the PAIN it would cause to those that depend on the minimalized stacks blinking at the bottom
Now the minimalization causes the chat boxes to disappear hidden into the NEOCOM or in some CNTRL-TAB hot key
minimalizing the chats into a single blinking ICON is useless either allow us to add the individual chats to the NEOCOM ( a feature I can't find & groups icon look useless BTW ) or bring back minimalize to bottom back PLEASE
