error warning would be nice, if you type in a point (.).

But instead of givving any warning, the client just ignors a (.) and you get ****** up if you changed a marked order from 3000 isk to 300002 isk. I feel like a scam victim of ccp. lost 5b isk that way and my eve passion as well ...


Petition it as it was ninjaedit in patch what caused your loss. It wasn't due to normal game behaviour.
Ask for escalation right away.

I've been having issues writing sell orders all the time now because my separator button has changed place also. If I didn't have my speakers on when I made the 1st one, I've prolly would have gone with 2 extra digits also. Thankfully that would have not been as bad as in buy order, but would had still paid plenty of extra taxes from that mistake.

I've just jumped through a couple of regional gates without crashing for the first time in a couple of days. Hopefully they have fixed the problem with this update.

Tried clearing the cache from the ESC menu on the login screen. This worked for a time. I was able to run and salvage a lvl2 mission. Then the UI stopped responding to the mouse after about an hour, leaving me stranded in space. Killed the client, reset the cache, and relaunched a couple times before regaining enough control to redock. Mouse controls were still wonky, so clearing the cache does not seem to be a fix.

Still not able to file a petition on this problem either.

I've filed a petition for missing info windows on one of my clients....the other one is fine. Go figure. This started with the 1.1 patch.

I get the top bar, the pic of the item and not much else. Oh, and no background for the window.

The decimal problem just got worse. As of today's patch, when I try to paste an ammount with a decimal separator into the order modifying textbox, it fails.

If I try to paste "1000,01", I just get empty space. Have to set my Dutch Windows 7 "notation settings" to English (US) as a workaround.

Just give it up and change it back to the way it was CCP. Or stop failing Blink

Since the patch, my Mac client has been dying of lag regularly. I am in space as normal but the whole interface becomes unresponsive and I need to force-quit to resume playing.

The problem would be frustrating enough in normal play, but when trying to remain cloaked in a site or outside a tower of some potential targets it becomes infuriating, sabotaging my opportunity and ruining a careful evening in studied stalking, as my ship immediately becomes visible when force-quitting making me blindingly obvious to everyone on-grid. I have already lost one valuable target because of the client dying, and potentially another right now. The regularity of the deaths is making me not want to waste my time and do something outside of EVE instead.

My net connection has not changed. Nothing has been added to it. I am maintaining a solid connection during play. Is there some problem with client-server connections?

1.1.1 update issue

In a pod (not in a ship). right click, jump on a stargate when at 2560M fails to move the pod into jump range.
This works ok in a ship - it approaches a gate and jumps, but NOT in a pod.
Same issue at stations - pod-travel to the station, but came out of warp just before the docking area. Tested in a ship rather than a pod and I was able to approach and dock via "dock", where as 2 seperate commands "approach" then "dock" in a pod.

When "set destination" via the science and industry screen, the auto-P only takes you to the system.

I'm suprised nobody noticed this in 10 pages of feedback. If I open the skill queue using the new button on the neocom that is below the character portrait, and the first thing I try to do is expand the left-hand pane to the right (meaning I attempt to drag the slider to the right so I can see the full names of the skills on the left), the right-hand pane will instead double in size to the left and cover up the skills list entirely. This will redraw itself properly by just moving the window and then it will be fine until the next time the client is reloaded.

Two suggestions:
1. While you're in there, if the left-hand pane of the skill queue could have improved masking of the collision between the skill name and level and the skill points and the time remaining, that would be handy. If you move the slider back and forth, you will see how the skill name gets covered up awkwardly - particularly in cases of a long skill name with a long time to train.
2. I would like to be able to reorder in-game browser bookmarks by drag and drop, and also put individual web site bookmarks on my neocom main tab.

Nice work on this patch, honestly. I'm having a great time in Crucible.

4 client crashes since last client update. More than over the last year or so.

Sorry for the people that had their crash issues solved, but I'd like the old bug back :)

Confirming item hangar performance issue still present:
Open a hangar with many items in it, make the window big, notice how fps drops.

Keep getting very frequent client crashes when jumping through gates. Get the feeling it happens more often when jumping to new constellation, but it happens otherwise too. Have updated graphics drivers etc etc.

Tried running repair tool.

It starts by saying there is a new version available.
Then "errors occur" and a logfile in a strange place on the hard drive sais:

It seems being out of a fleet greatly decreases (but not eliminates) gate/wh crash probability.

Cleared the cache, but still having problems with crashes at gates. Your right, being in fleet seems to up the probability.

make sure no copy of the eve client is running
make sure repair tool is running with admin privileges


I have the same problem, checked that admin priviligies are applied (yes they are) and that no other process from EVE is running (no it was not). I also get the "access is deined" but somewhere else in that python-junk of CCP ;-)

CCP, any help on this? Why can't i run repair.exe in the EVE directory using admin privs?!

Still getting crashes after going through gates.

Still no module activation sound.
