Game over : The Coalition to end all hi-sec Incursions / highsec Incursions too rewarding

As the highsec incursions seem to be the pain for some of the players which share the opinion that these incursions are too rewarding. I want to share some thoughts me and my pilots had yesterday evening. In general we like the story of the incursions and sansha attack randomly in the outer space.

What should be preseved:
We like the group playing aspect of incursions.
Even if there are some bad pilots out there which are not giving remote support to the fleets members as they should probably do - depending on the point of view we appreaciate this aspect very much as even such small groups of pilots as we are have now one more option next to pvp where you can really utilize the different ship classes and fly together in a fleet. So we thing it is good that there are various scales for incursions so that even a small group of pilots can do them together.

Thinks that could be considered in general:

Rising of incursions

With the current situation that there are coalitions formed up to "end all highsec" incursions the pain point for pilots which want to fly incursions is that depending on the timezone they re living in they re not able to fly those as the incursion got closed by fleets which are blitzing the mothership hq site.

To be considered: The spawning mechanism and point in time of incursions to have a balanced chance of incursions timezone independent.

Blitzing the mothership
Similiar to the rising of incursions perhaps you can find a way to balance the situtation so that pilots from all timezones have a higher possibility of participating to a mothership hq site. For example you could limit the HQ sites a player can enter per 24h to 1 or 2 as for example some level 1 missions are locked for bigger ships than destroyers.

Bounty and payout of incursions:

At some point i and my pilots understand that there are people which feel uncomfortable that the empire is now getting more rich (as a empire should be :)) so we where discussing different possibilities of course we didnt found all so please participate - to keep the incursions as such but detract their constant high payout.
So here we go:


1. Security status approach

As it is with the security status the payout for an incursion could be adepted to it. If you you start Incursion XYZ and start flying Vanguards the reward is decreased acceptably. This means that from the 15 Mio a player can earn for the first vanguard he s flying a new ratio is introduced next to the existing which would could count up the vanguards the pilot was flying for this incursion and is decreasing with every site the bounty. So as it is with the security status - the higher you are the harder it gets to get 1% as example. (our favorite)

2. Static amount of sites to fly per incursion

Little bit boring but perhaps easy to implemenent - so make your bids!

3. Inverse static amount sites to fly per incursion

As an incursion is a "attack of the sansahs" which are flying with a fleet to some systems to kick some amarrs :) - why is their fleet not "limited"? I mean if i m in the pod i ve to fly back to to get a new ship isnt it - so you could limit the amount of sites per incursion to a number - so make your bids! Because at some point in time - where the hell are these deltole coming from again and again and again.
