Alliance and Corporate Note on Pilots

in eve individual pilots can make notes on other individual pilots (next to the Bio) on the info.

SOme would like alliance to be able to make notes for all these pilots, Ie Joe Space is AFK cloaking in system, what type of ship is he in..

CCP should charge a nominal isk 'sink" for this services based on how old the entries are. This way the entries can expire if the up keep is not spent, and people who need to keep them can simply spend the isk to keep their records stable.

Someday I will have the time to play. For now it is mining afk in High sec. In Cheap ships

I don't see the need - alliances and corps have intel channels for this reason, they're free.
