[WTB] Focused *clean* Combat Pilot Budget 11b

Looking for either Minmatar, Amarr, or Caldari pilot focused in their lineup of combat ships. Not willing to spend extra ISK that is not specific to their race combat line.

Also it's important the character has no corp history - except of course starter NPC corp.

Max budget of 11b - please eve mail (edit: or post) price you're willing to part with your capsuleer.
