You're only talking about 5 or 6 million skillpoints to be a level 5 freighter pilot, even with strong navigation support skills, so the price of such a character is probably not too high, if you can find one. You'll more likely have to pay for more, because most freigher pilots are going to also be trained in a bunch of industry and/or trade skills.
