so Im not totaly clear if this is the right part of the forum but anyway.

If I have all the standing effecting skills, will I still be able to go below -5 with the Caldari, Gallente, Minmatar and Amarr and get blown up if I keep doing missions for one or the other?

Yes, the skills are just percentage modifiers to offset negative standings, or boost positive standings.

The modifier doesn't allow you to fully negate standing loss to the extent which you'd like.
