[Suggestion/UI] Moveable location/route frame

Everyone has his/her very own custom UI style and we are all very happy about the UI customization possibilities in EVE. We are given a full screen (or even several) to place all our UI stuff whereever we want. Wait, all our UI stuff? No! We cant move the location/route frame at all and the ship status frame is forced to be on top/bottom.

CCP could give even more (and finally, utlimate) freedom to UI frame placement by letting us move the location route frame. The ship status window could be unlocked too.

I actually came here to suggest this because I need to move that frame to put my targets above it rather than below it. They could put an anchor icon by it just like the target list.
