ISD locking Threads Quickly over running Incusrions as designed

Seems that the MOM fleets are having a major effect tonight. Any way to add some ''content''.

How long before CCP either nerfs incursions or boosts them further making them permanent fixtures that can not be brought down?

Incursion disruption whines will be 2012's suicide ganking whines, but with an even lower ratio of intelligent to ridiculous ideas put forth. I hesitate to even suggest what some of these suggestions might be, in case someone thinks "hey this will stop the MOM killers."

Dunno if CCP favours high sec too much all that will happen is Null secr's calling truce for massive high sec grief ops, Blasting incursions and high sec miners freighters ect.
