Grinding standings for my alt

So, I need to get my alt into some jump clones and I read somewhere that it is faster to gain standing in small corps. Is this true?

My alt can't run missions herself so I will fleet her and share standings from my main and I he has good standings with Amarr, Ammatar, Angel, Khanid, Mordus, Caldari as well as some pirate corps. I found that Ammatar Consulate is listed as a Tiny corp and has medical facilities. Would that be a good candidate?

I want to run combat missions and I can run L3 in null/low or L4 in highsec. I seem to remember someone saying it is faster to blitz L3 for standing grind.

Join the Estel Ardor corp (Hope I spelled it right), they have standings for most if not all corps so you can immediatly setup a few jump clones then just leave
