New Moon mining

I recently read the newest CSM minutes and noticed that CCP says they want to move 0.0 profits more from the alliance level and toward the personal level.

I think changing the way moon mining is handled would be the quickest way to do that. Instead of mining through a POS it could be changed to something similar to P.I. where individuals mine and transport the materials and the corp/alliance collects tax through the POCO.

This could also add conflict points as destroying a rivals POCO could cause a pretty large disruption to T2 production and profits.

Just my .02 ISK feel free to tell me why I'm wrong or what would be better.

While I would love to see moon mining with a PI interface, the problem is that MM is essential for running profitable POSes (weigh off fuels costs). Thus, using a POCO would just brake it. But using a POS-based structure instead of the POCO would make sense.
