An new ship and new way

My new ship idea is for an new Multi race Bs
THe Bs would need two Race Bs skill but unlike the pirate Bs THis ship would allow you too choose from amarr too gallente or amarr and caldari each giving the ship something different and the person fly couldn't choose amarr and amarr
This ship would not be allow into L4 mission and below and wouldn''t be able too enter incursion site as well this ship would be for the L5 mission runs reason well because the ship would be very overpower and i say very over power people who read this will ask why is this good my suggest would be that the ship would be cheap so around 200-300mill mark so easy access too players . This ship would be able too run the L5 mission solo so player high sec would now have an cheap site that they can go into low sec in and kill an l5 misison fast and cheap So more players would run l5 means more people in low sec means more fighting plus and more people gain the skill too enter and them then not avoiding like so many high sec carebears

role bonus
100% increase in turrets or missile launcher damage -20% reduction in affect remote reps onto the ship

base 18 sensor strenght this will go off your primary race pick

7 High slot 4 turret and 4 missile slot
6 med slot IF you choose caldari or minmatar you get +3 med slot yes an extra allowing it too have an great tank
6 low slot And again if you choose Amarr or gallente you get an + 3 med slot
3 large upgrade hardpoints
So them are the stats would be able too fit an nice tank the Res are not massive but not an t2 ship gets an base St why not maybe some Hull tanking as with DCu would be nice enough power grid an cpu with decent skill fitting is easy two free high slot all has decent drone bay
it been an Bs it will be slow too alaign
Now the primary Race skill bonus you can choose which race you want first and second but each has different role in First and second


Amarr - 5% large energy turrets tracking speed and 10% energy large turrets opitmal range - 1med slot
caladari 5% bonus shield Res 5% damage bonus to all cruiser and siege launcher -1 low slot
minmatar- 15% bonus all projectile turrets fall off 2.5% increase in shield Ehp. - 1low slot
Gallente-20% too Large hybrid turret opitmal ranges 5% increaese in armor res - 1 med slot

Now the second bonus and for more of the pvp options
Galente - 15% increase too the range of warp jammers
Amarr- 15% bonus too energy vampire and energy neutralizer
Minmatar- 15% increase into Web range
Caldari - 15% increase in ECM and ECM bursts

You can choose any random one you want and allow something different also the role bonus of the -20 affect in remote rep onto the ship is because the fact an 200 man fleet of these would owe and plus the Fc could choose people too have different second race so they could each have different pvp advantages the -20 justed sort of even it out they are faster than normal Bs
Many it would work in Sub or simple we repackage the ship and then assemble then skill on two race and which order you does give you your great

Aim was for an decent Bs for lvl 5 mission And an good new pvp ship Also many be an Good Capitial killer and many be THe ship EWAR can be use on supper as game need this sort of ship
