I finally got to the point where I'm in a nice wormhole, I'm trying to make the gas reaction with the silos, what a headache.
A director has to off-line it and configure it each time. I've been sitting here for two days waiting for a director to come on-line and when they do, they seem to have piles of more important work to do than to offline my silos. Its very frustrating.
Why does CCP make this one manufacturing process so difficult for a non-director?
We can make anything else in a wormhole without intervention. Nothing else needs to be off-lined to use.
Not to mention the horrible schematic for the whole process.

Maybe I missed something over the years about this, but its really bothering me.

The schematic isn't a problem at all and you don't need to be a director you just need to be a POS manager.

That said I agree with you, the time and effort wasted setting up a reaction (any type) is insane and needs to be looked at.
