a few ideas my corp mates and I have had.

Sovereignty and pvp

This was taken from the csm minutes
High sec/null sec around the Faction warfare area should be added to the fighting area. With the adding of high sec we would add the option for non-members to be able to pick a side or stay out of it

Once you pick a side if you do pick a side you will be flagged to the other side local or overview icon could be added for non-member that take a side for that fight and fight will be given x amount of lp and sec gain for that faction could also add loss of standings to the other side.

maybe add an sbu type structure faster online time less hp

Dynamic loyalty points (lp) for members

Lp as far as I know is the same as other lp for Faction warfare missions down to skills/agent/mission (please advise if wrong)
Our idea was to change this and tie it into sovereignty the more space you have the more resources so lp would reflect this skill/agent/mission/sov+- if get 2000lp for a mission holding 10 system you could get say 2020lp if you have 11 or 1980 if you have 9 so it would be worth taking sov and thus add more conflict to the game

Lp for pvp I would tie this in as well with a bonus lp if you save the system non-members that take part as above to get the lp + winners bonus if on the winning side.

Lp stores

More modules to be added to the store or cheaper than the other lp stores prices

E.g. fed navy comet is 80k lp Faction warfare lp store 65k lp
