Make warning messages default to "No"

This is a simple quality of life change, and it might reduce the number of petitions CCP receives regarding being accidentally Concorded.

Make all warning messages pertaining to warnings default to "No" highlighted.

For example, I have an object locked, and by accident, I hit fire. Of course, the game stops me and gives me the warning because it's an illegal action that can get me blown up in High Sec. But lets take it a step further. Say I have a person contact me, and I'm lagging. The message to confirm my actions comes up just as I press enter to accept the conversation. Next thing I know I'm down in sec status and I leveled up into a pod. Not nice because I was in a Federation Navy Megathron fully faction fitted to the teeth.

All that would be required would be to have "No" highlighted by default on that option. I could have saved my hypothetical ship, I could have hit enter twice and started chatting with a friend, or enemy.
