Find a good wormhole corp that takes noobs and fill a niche for them. They will put you on a proper training path and you will make plenty of ISK. Sounds like you are all over the place now and do not have the time in game to do everything you want.

I need that Isk (by the way) for being able to buy ships.

To do what with?

You need isk to:

1: Buy ships.
2: To make more money.
3: See 1.

See where this is going?

If none of the things on that WTD list helped you out, you may consider playing another game.

I don't think you get it. It's his money and he needs it NOW.*

when i got started in eve, i was a mindless high-sec pubbie plugging away at missions till my eyes bled.

I ended up joining a WH corp, i learned how to live in a POS, Mined all kinds of Ark and Bist in my retriever, and shot some Sleepers in a BC. it was a great experience, and definitely got me interested in something more fun then missions.

almost everything is more fun then missions.

If you want to do sites in wormholes you certainly don't need a tengu; I was diving into other people's wormholes and stealing their sites in a T1 Hurricane. Very profitable if you get a good WH.

I learned the answer to this after many years:

Train minmatar.

That might sound counter-intuitive, based on what you're asking, but consider the following:
-Everything people consider "fun," (read as: pvp) in the game can be done well, if not the best, by t1 minmatar ships
-t1 minmatar ships have EXTREMELY generous fitting. full meta fit rifter, rupture, hurricane? No problem.
-t1 minmatar ships are (mostly) speedy and have tiny sigs. tanking skills suck? No problem.
-t1 minmatar ships are GIVEN AWAY FREELY by a TON of corps. skint broke? No problem, here's a rifter.
-t2/3 minmatar ships give you a TON of wonderful things to look forward to and there's never any worry about being left out. You have good tacklers, recons, logi, dictors, everything. armor fleet, shield fleet, skirmish fleet, small gang? Don't need to choose.

It's really quite simple. The moment you attain minmatar frigate III, small projectiles, and propulsion jamming: you are golden. Any newb-friendly pvp corp will provide you with ships, things to shoot, roles to fill, directions to take, and fun to be had. You'll never again worry over what you need to train for X because regardless of what you're doing, those basic minmatar ships will fit right in.

I used to worry about flying the right ships, getting that next skill to be fleet-ready with my super-tight fit. Now I simply log in, snag a free rifter and head out to wherever the action is happening. I haven't looked at evemon in ages. When I notice my skill training is about to complete, I simply pop in the next core skill and keep on shooting.

op has a point. Very hard to make good isk as a noobie unless you enjoy mining, running level 1/2 missions etc etc. Best thing to do is to join a corp that has a good noobie program that can give you support and free ships while you learn. You can also sell plexes which is what I have done

Who, me?

Right, everyone who does not agree with you is automatically a troll. My point was perfectly valid. What does the OP want to do?

There is a fantastic flowchart of all the things to do in eve. If none of them appeal to the OP, then what does he need isk for?

Oh right, to buy more ships... so he can make more isk, and buy more ships. If his intent is to collect ships, then that is fantastic! However, it is not. And he has already said in his original post that none of those things appeal to him.

If none of the things on the WTD list appeal to him, then he has no overwhelming need for isk or ships and should find another game to play.

However, that can't possibly be true.... because later he says he is interested in WH stuff, PI, PVP, scouting... All things which are on that list.

If they are on that list, then surely he has a set goal in mind already and does not need our help other than a nudge towards appropriate ships and fittings.

So why are we even discussing this still?

scouting, baby-steps toward wormholes, exploration:

1. Get an imicus
2. Get astrometric skills to IV, hacking III
3. Get some drone skills
4. Run highsec sites for easy money
...
5. train up to an ishtar
6. Get some astromtrics skills to V (or buy implants), hacking IV, salvaging IV, archeology IV
7. Get better drone skills (inc. heavies and sentries, preferably t2)
8. Get decent armor tanking skills and cloaking III
9. Run lowsec/nullsec sites for not-as-easy, but better money
...
10. train up a t3
11. train gas cloud harvesting and some PI skills
12. apply to wh corp
13. farm difficult sites with corp, harvest immense isk, use PI to help them fuel the POS (or sell to make more isk)
14. Find something else to try or polish off the above skills

Some good suggestions in here. On a more general level, I'd suggest get into a good corp and enjoy the journey. Sure, it would have been great if I started out flying a titan, but I had lots of fun in this game even before I made my first million isk. Remember, it's kind of different from most other games where there is some sort of end-game or goal. So much of Eve is what you make of it. You could be a 5 year vet bored to tears running level 4 missions like a lab rat on a treadmill or you can be a 2 week old noob having a total blast in null-sec with a great group of people, you get the idea.

No good deed goes unpunished

When people first jumped on the bicycle they knew they needed practice and skill to stay balanced. Cant just jump in something and expect to be good at it. gotta work at it
