Rather than it remain voluntary (like it is now), I would really rather see this become compulsory.

I'd like to see this change to where invading fleets cyno into random solar systems and attack any players present. Make it a combination of regular and guerilla warfare. Anyone and everyone regardless of high, low, or null sec space is not safe.


I'm leaving this very open ended to hear thoughts/ideas/criticisms.
