Ok so im not a new player but i think this would fall into a new player Q&A.

Why is the graphic for a Cynosural Field Generator a fist. Is it because the person(s) you are lighting a cyno on about to get a fist in the ass?

I'm really curious as to why it is a fist someone please enlighten me.

Lack of imagination by CCP icon dev graphics guy who was requested to make an icon for something that wasn't properly described by a designer, so he just made something up so he could go home that evening?

...or

...generic icon picked by a CCP dev with no graphics skills who added the module at 11PM on Friday Night so he could test this shiny jump drive code he just compiled in. Never bothered to tell anyone, so it ended up staying like that until it went live. Once live, nobody cared enough to change it.

...or some other reason. It really doesn't make much sense.

The same icon is used for:

Command Processor I
Cynosural Field Generator I
Covert Cynosural Field Generator I

but in all seriousness, the cyno icon is very well done and suits the modules use.
