The faction warfare new feature I don't get. Faction IS an alliance in itself... Time and effort for statu quo.

Sorry, have to disagree with this. Every time you keep a legacy system or option, you double your workload, as you have 2 things to maintain & test and 2 things that can break.

From what I've seen of the new one, it looks quite customisable, so you could possibly simulate the old one with it.

What specific feature did you like in the old one that you don't think can be done in the new one?

I would like to give my thanks to CCP Soundwave and the other Devs who took part in making the improvements to the portions of eve online that have been neglected for a very long time. You know in-spite of the ***** fest that is us the eve community, your contributions to game play have been noticed and appreciated.


P.S. I will end this with one detractor however, time dilation while moving massive amounts of people through a gate sucks the big one. During big fights I have been told its a pleasant change compared to past blob fights.

So are the AF's being reintroduced with the extra slots or have they been re-re-ballanced to not make them the end game of low sec frigate fights?

I take this as the much disliked extra slots (with the exception of the retri) ae being added...

Things are good will we walk in stations can we made bids on PVP fights if thats allowed. Roll Just wondering will we got stores and stuff?? I would love to know and I have a few better ship ideas. The ones that stand out (ie. I will have to work with);
- Null Ammo: Because all weapons systems should be able to hit at approx. the same range regardless of other attributes!
- AFs: Slightly better balance within the class itself, utterly broken outside it .. have fun fixing that mess.
- Log-on notification: Adding functionality to a free, global instant intel tool .. awesome choice. Next will be ability to see local lists of any system from anywhere, am I right?
- Heat: Actual win .. but then again, you probably managed to break something so we'll have to see Smile
- Shield bonuses: I'll believe it when I see it, good thing though as the shieldbuffer/gank FoTM paradigm is loosing steam .. no, wai....
- Watchlist: Actual win .. but then again, you probably managed to break something so we'll have to see Smile
- Auto-complete: Welcome to the 21st century I guess .. hahahahahaha.

- FW: This is a joke right? You added the superfluous drug-related pig vision because its a joke, right?
If the first step in sorting out FW is completely ruin it for the thousands already there sort of having fun to accommodate several more thousand with no vested interest and no clue as to what to do with their ships if they are not part of a massive fleet .. then I can't wait to see what other awesome plans you might have for FW.
Judging by the minutes you really do not like FW very much, seeing as you want to submerse it in the deepest hole full of filth that Eve has seen (current null mechs+politics) so I reckon you chose to add alliances first to flush out FW of everyone but null alts and farmers .. if so then yes, it should be the first step.

PS: Who did you lot outsource your brain activity to?

Gee, it'd be pretty cool if devs would actually answer questions directly about why/how they intend to ruin FW and losec in general so their dullsec ******** friends who are too much cowards too un-blue each other can finish shitting all over the rest of the game.

YAY! I'd actually submitted this as a bug when Crucible was first released, 'cause it seemed to me to be a gaping oversight that the Corp option was left off the right-mouse pop-up menu to begin with...but my bug report was rejected as "not a bug, this is a feature." Glad to see someone came to their senses and fixed it.

Was the drag & drop behavior from Personal to Corp locations fixed as well (currently it performs a copy, not a move, which is inconsistent with normal drag & drop in Eve)? Though this won't be so annoying anymore now that we can save directly to the Corp folder.

Mostly that's the playground of newbee and starting pvp characters. Playground of small scale combat warfare.
CCP why want to ruin FW with blobbers ? Would be ok, if corps can joining from alliances to FW which have fewer than 75 or maybe maximum 100 members, but allow to join to FW for an alliance which has over 1000+ members ?

Oh i forgot something. Other changes is looks nice. Including AF changes too, but...
Retribution got a second mid slot. That's nice, but the Retribution have 12 slots 5-2-5 now (on Singularity), and other AFs got -1 slot handicap because they have just 11 slots.
When CCP created this ships the main idea was there, shipclasses of every race will be using equal slot numbers. Please CCP Devs remove a high or low slot from Retribution, when give to a mid slot. Dont give for a race +1 slot advantage and keep their slotnumbers equal.

What about the facility to carry out a search that displays results that include items that are within cans.

Pretty please :)

There are 3rd party applications that can do that, so I expect that it shouldn't be that much of a problem.

it clears up relatively fast but still feels worse than before (when undocking a few ships didn't cause any noticeable issues).
