just a fyi

i started an expl.-site ("Blood Watch") yesterday b4 the emergency downtime
killed the 1st stage overseer and then had to leave because of the DT
now i tried to finish the site, but the gate says it's locked - gotta kill the overseer first - although it's dead already

no biggie in the end - one bugged site (but who knows how long this site will stay that way - incompletable - if thats a word)
and maybe it's easy to fix...
