[Proposal] - Import / Export Standing file for alliance

HI CCP,

The system for standing is great when you use the NBSI in 0.0, But it's about a crazy job when you play in NRDS.

Can you add to EVE Gate, the possibility to import or export the some standing file (Exemple XML).

That will be great because now, if you would like to go in Providence with the NRDS is a crazy job to set all standing.
