Jump clone bug (vanished jumclone)

Yesterday a very confusing bug happened.

I had 3 jump clones
in jita with imps
in agil with imps
in esoteria region with imps and hards

I was in my jita clone and decided to jump to esoteria, the timer was OK, the "jump" button was active, but pressing it did nothing, the second click returned a "session already in change" message so i decided to relog after a minute or two of nothing happening.

After relog I found myself back in jita in an empty pod, my jumclon in esoteria disappeared, and now I have 2 jump clones in jita and in agil with imps and an empty pod I'm sitting in again in jita.

Of course a petition was submitted, but there is no response for already 16 hours

Does anyone ever met this type of bug and what would you recommend to do?

Well, I assume that depends on a petition, but anyway, some 24+ hours passed and absolutely no response yet,
I haven't received even some "dear valued costumer, you are number 6546164613 in the queue and one day, may be, if we want, if you are lucky enough we will respond to your petition"

I had the same thing the 19th at 14:00-14:30.
was trying to jump-clone to my skill-clone and eve just froze,
couldn't do anything, waited for minutes but noting, so re-logged.

appeared in a empty clone at old location with my old clone still extra there
but skill-clone with all the expe. implants gone. ?????

what happened.

of-course i petitioned it, but if it takes 12 days to ccp to respond, it's a "bite" long
would just like to hear that they are busy ,
and what i can and can't do now (jump-cloning, leaving station, flying in space, etc)

just please respond, with a simple answer to my and other petitions.

Was this due to the emergency server reboot or after?

Ah, whatever, do not want to lose time.

Lucky enough i had a med clone in esoteria so i selfdestructed the new pod.

I hope when the GM-s find time for the petition they reimburse the lost imps.

For me it was just before the overall reboot dt of eve (1 - 0.30 hour)

My JC vanished, its been 2 days, and I haven't got a response for my petition yet
