This is (was) going wrong for some time, at least a few days, which is extremely annoying while timing your strip miner circles.

Problem, at least for me, was solved after the two emergency reboots yesterday/today.

I can confirm that I have this problem as well.


There's even topic where I described it (https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&t=49326 including dev & answer on page 4) and it's something with all what has been said here and something with sync clock timer problem. It's going to be fixed hopefully in 1.1.

Scanning is the same. The cycle is done but the animations roll on for another fulls can cycle.
